2. Service Description

ContactCRM is a tool designed to help you organize your contacts, detect duplicates, and sync data with Google Contacts. We provide this service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you import into our system. You must ensure that you have the right to process the contact information you upload or sync.

4. Google Integration

Use of the Google Contacts integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ContactCRM be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
